I hadn't used a kayak in 15yrs and was a little hesitant but this kayak gives you so much confidence extremely stable and easy to control. I've been caught twice coming across Brisbane water nsw with fairly big wind changes producing 1-2ft chop and creating rough conditions the nextgen9 handled it no problem on the worst occasion I was pushing against small white caps on the chop and ended up with nothing more than a couple of small puddles of water in the kayak very impressive. And the comfort factor just tops it off easily spend 4-6 hrs in the seat .all round fantastic product. - Paul Runmble

I purchased a Nextgen 11 kayak with a missing screw for the rudder. Replacement screw was despatched quickly. Very helpful staff. - terry

Got nexgen 11 and love it. 2 small issues. Paddles won't lock together slip apart. Guys at campbellfield were great got new paddle. Second was the screw that holds the rudder control was to short could not screw together at all lucky my father inlaw is a toolmaker and retapped the thread and new screw now all is good. - Jo jo
