Purchased a basic sea kayak online during stay at home. It arrived fairly quickly. Staff were helpful with my questions. The entry level kayak is basic but practical, and does what I need it to. I have been out on Sydney harbour almost every morning and travelled 21km return from Rushcutters Bay to Sydney Fish Market (staying within the radius). The seat needs some modification so I will purchase extra seat pads. The storage hood abd wheels are very useful. Very happy! - Benjamin Cameron

Overall really good experience. Communication between customer and K2F is good, could be a bit better.Turn around was rather quick, customer service at the shop was great, however had to go back as they forgot to me the seat.So far the kayak is good, happy with the purchase. Stability is great.The carry handles on the front and back need some work as the hole in them is too big for the rope and the knots slip through when being carried. - Luka Pendes

Found them on the net and have an easy to use site. Plenty of emails sent in relation to my purchase after ordering. Kept in touch for the whole time waiting for the Kayak to arrive. from overseas. plenty of accessories available. Purchased a next gen Kayak.
