I purchased two kayaks. The children’s kayak which was in stock shipped to me very quickly. Beautiful kayak in comparison to other cheaper versions. Many endless hours already enjoyed.It’s been a longer wait on my next order although totally worth it. Picked up Friday out in the water Saturday. Glides with perfection. Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside. - Tony Marsh
