Read MoreMy wife and i gave each other Nextgen9 kayaks for Christmas. They are good quality, easy to use and a lot of fun.Helpful emails and videos take the mystery out of the ins and outsThe salesperson was very helpful and made the whole process stress free - Chris Z.
Very helpful staff, answering numerous questions I had as a newby to kayaks. Kayaks themselves are really well made. Have taken them on the water already and very impressed. Now just have to get some fish!! - Glen P.
I found the warehouse very helpful and accommodating as I arrived the day after the 4day weekend while they were unloading a new shipment. They spent the time letting me look around different kayak models and had one I was able to sit in to confirm I was able to fit it (I'm 180 cm and the raised seating is a tight squeeze, but doable) I ended up purchasing a NextGen 10 Mk2 along with a Lowrance Fish finder (Hook2 x4) and kayak storage hoist. My only criticism are about the Kayak (very minor), with the rudder being very stiff to raise and lower, solved with lubricant, but information to do this would of helped), the sounder transducer recess not being deep enough to fit the mounting + transducer from the fish finder which I was able to solve but reshaping the bracket a little. The "O" ring for the rear hatch was poorly made (large bulge where it was joined) and kept catching the screw cover and broke after being closed a few times. The things I would like different, but was aware of would be I plain center cover as an optional extra as drink holder and rod holder points take up a lot of room that could be used and a non proprietary rod holder mounting that can be used with different mounting systems. - SP Beazley
8 months ago I decided to join my son out on the water. So being a novas I looked on line and there were a hole list of manufacturers, types and sizes. Now I found Kayak2fish had a large range and well priced. But not sure how I would go in a Kayak I ended up buying a used Nextgen10 MkII. And WOW how great it was to get out on the water and fishing. I ended upgrading to a Nextgen 11 from the Wyong outlet the online and the face to face service was excellent and my son got the 10. Nextgen11 has a great hull design way more stable and the MAXDRIVE foot drive is spot on and the hand rudder control I did have to do a little adjustment but now it is sweet. I have now fitted 36 pound watersnakes to both Kayaks so I now have paddle, foot and motor drive in the 11. and the Nextgen11 makes fishing a breeze - Wyeeoddy
A great kayak to fish from. Staff were very helpful. Easy to lift onto the roof of my Prado. Just returned from a fishing outing on one of our dams and was very happy with its performance. Even noticed another person with the identical kayak standing and fishing from the kayak. It certainly out performed my previous craft. - Dennis
