Read MoreBought the Triton pro fishing kayak. Fell in love with it as soon as I saw it in the showroom. We have taken it out a few times now, and it has been this summers highlight for sure. It is very steady and smooth in the water. For its size it is quite light to lift. So many included features aswell. It is such a beautiful kayak, definitely gets alot of attention. The guys in the warehouse are so helpful aswell. They were happy to help me put it on top of my car and show me how to strap it correctly. I have done alot of comparisons of those triton to other fishing kayak brands and this is definitely alot better than others. Highly recommend this kayak to everyone. - cat s.
I have recently bought the k2f next gen 9 online and it is a very stable and manoeuvrable yak. I haven’t given it a run offshore yet but it is a great estuary yak. I have stood up in it and paddled and felt pretty stable. It is on the slow side but that is because of the stability of the yak and being a ‘sit on’ yak it is not as easy and quick too paddle. - Kain V.
The gentleman on the phone provided really good advice on the kayak suited to my needs. I ordered a nextgen 10 and have used it 3 times. Great storage and reasonably easy to transport due to being lightweight. Stability wise is ok, took a bit of use to balance and a bit of water in the yak but feel I am getting more confident every time I use it. Only minor negatives are - I'm 6.2 and the foot pedals for the rudder are too short for me and find myself cramping up after a long ride. Have found that the plastic material does tend to scratch and chip easily when getting onto the roof so not very hardy material. Also wouldnt feel confident standing up in it either. Generally though a really smooth ride and bang for your buck. - Byro L
it is a very stable kayak but not designed to be fast especially in choppy waters. It's compact and light enough to load easily to the roof rack, suits my purpose for kayaking around the estuary or rivers. - Andreas
The website was very simple and easy to use. Pick up from Port Kembla warehouse was well organised and polite staff. The kayak is of good quality. Staff also helpful with advising on accessories. Highly recommended - Jenny Trembath
