Very easy to deal with, great products and great customer service. The kids absolutely love their kayaks on holidays. Purchased a nextgen 10 and love it great value for money it's very comfortable having done a 3 hour paddle in it love the raised seat no wet backside. Very stable in the water for being a larger 100kg guy would definitely recommend this. - John W.
