I ordered two kayaks well before Christmas to use on the holidays. Due to no fault of kayaks2fish the kayaks got delayed 3 times and delivery was due the day before they closed for the Christmas break. I was resigned to the fact that we would not be kayaking over Christmas. I received an email very early in the morning to say that the kayaks had arrived at the warehouse and I would be advised of when delivery to my place would be when they had booked it with the courier. They arrived that afternoon!Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the effort made to deliver the kayaks was outstanding. Sturdy, fun and easy to use. Ours is the two-person kayak. Has a bit of weight in it but worth the effort. Husband and I love it and it has been great for spending time with our grandkiddos as well. Happy with the efficiency of Kayaks2fish. Good value and easy, no fuss pick up. - Linda F

A great product for the price. Nextgen 11 purchased. Unfortunately a few minor issues with the kayak , but I must say the team was very quick to rectify & help. The after sales service & informational emails are great. A great product at a great price point. Would have been a 5 star review if there weren't a few issues that needed fixing ( nothing major) but overall great! I would like to add, a showroom would have been fantastic, to see touch & feel. But I understand you do what you do to bring costs down, so its a trade off. - Chris Topfer
