I absolutely love my nextgen 9 kayak and the fact that everything that you need is all included in the price. I have been really surprised with just how stable it is on the water and how easy to use that it is. It arrived within the specified timeframe and I was kept up to date of its progress at all times. When I picked it up the staff were super helpful and even showed me how to best load it onto my vehicle. Purchased a nextgen 10 and love it great value for money it's very comfortable having done a 3 hour paddle in it love the raised seat no wet backside. Very stable in the water for being a larger 100kg guy would definitely recommend this. - John W.

Purchased a basic sea kayak online during stay at home. It arrived fairly quickly. Staff were helpful with my questions. The entry level kayak is basic but practical, and does what I need it to. I have been out on Sydney harbour almost every morning and travelled 21km return from Rushcutters Bay to Sydney Fish Market (staying within the radius). The seat needs some modification so I will purchase extra seat pads. The storage hood abd wheels are very useful. Very happy! - Benjamin Cameron

Upon ordering my Gen 10 kayak, it was placed on pre-order and needed to wait a month before it arrived at the Gold Coast. Customer service was great along the way as I received updates on the orders progress and clear instructions on when to pick up the kayak.I was quite impressed with the quality of the kayak. The materials used in the kayaks build and accessories feel very robust and will definitely last a long time if you look after everything well. I have already recommended my kayak to a few of my friends :)I do however have one comment, there is no instruction manual to install the rudder pulley system, pedals and extra rod holder (you just get thin string, a rod mount and some screws). Having to figure these few things took me some time. - Phillip
