Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. Confronted with a tight window to select a Kayak and get set up for a fishing trip the service and support from Kayaks2Fish was faultless and outstanding. Having purchased the NexGen 10 Mk2 it was delivered within days as promised - as described. I was really impressed with the follow up emails pointing towards online videos on fitting the rudder. Have since brought a few accessories - outriggers / motor mount block / sunshade - all again delivered within days as promised. The products are great but the customer service and support is even better making a very enjoyable experience. Taken the NexGen 10 Mk2 for a short test run and very happy - very stable, seat is comfortable and able to adjust the foot controls to leg length is really beneficial. I absolutely love my nextgen 9 kayak and the fact that everything that you need is all included in the price. I have been really surprised with just how stable it is on the water and how easy to use that it is. It arrived within the specified timeframe and I was kept up to date of its progress at all times. When I picked it up the staff were super helpful and even showed me how to best load it onto my vehicle.
