Read MoreI recently purchased a K2F Nextgen 11.5 from the Newcastle store, the service was great the staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy with my purchase but had a few issues with QC missing rudder pin quick fix staff at store replaced it. I contacted K2F support for a tear in the idler cable cover...fast reply and great customer service, I received new cable within a week. All issues I found with the Kayak were on it's first outing and now everything has been fixed I can't be happier with the Kayak. My son purchased one as well perfect from the getgo - Steve Algie
The website was very simple and easy to use. Pick up from Port Kembla warehouse was well organised and polite staff. The kayak is of good quality. Staff also helpful with advising on accessories. Highly recommended - Jenny Trembath
Got a 2 person kayak. It’s great but hard to fish from when you’re going solo because there’s no rod holders near the middle of kayak. Still very good - Tyson Filia
Such great quality kayaks! And the staff gave me great tips on stacking/transporting them on roof racks. Highly recommend. - Breanna Donahoo
Had a very happy experience when purchasing my NextGen 9 from Kayaks2Fish. The whole package was ready for me and it didn’t take very long to organise everything before loading the kayak onto the roof of my car. I had assistance with loading the kayak but I could have used a little bit more guidance in how to tie it down correctly, especially when trying to reach the straps and get them across the kayak. I am not that tall and it was a bit of a challenge at the time. I have since worked out a procedure that works for me.During the purchase phase, I opted to pay via an Internet Money Transfer and had no problems using that method.Overall it was a very pleasing experience and the kayak is great. - Ross Arklay
