You can either pick them up from our Newcastle Kayaks Factory Warehouse or have them shipped to Glen Martin 2321 for an extra cost. Just because our prices are affordable doesn't mean we offer any less quality then big brands. We use plastic imported from UK and treat each kayak with UV protectant. I have Bought on 2 different occasions and the kayaks are excellent. It’s a little awkward on site but communication online is amazing. Texts emails and confirmations sent to let you know what is happening up until pick up. They Even send helpful videos and tips way after the sale. The on sale 6 days to go etc is a bit of A gimmick as they seem to be always on sale from what I can see, it’s a pity they don’t need to do these sales tricks as it’s a great product. It’s the real deal - “only buy on sale price”. I would be so angry to see it at discounted price after paying full price a week later. They do what they say, the kayaks are A1 and it is a very smooth transaction. The only negative are the silly closing times. 3pm should go to 5 to give ppl a chance to get there. Purchased our Eagle double back at the beginning of December and it was delayed a couple of times so finally picked it up beginning of January. Very happy when we finally got it with all the extras on it. You do need a trolley to move it around which we have since purchased, should have bought it first up to get the 10% discount. - Mary

Were good to deal with, kept us up to date with the day the kayaks were arriving, sending out informative emails after picking up our kayaks. Next Gen 10 MKll are great, loads of features. Things we like about the kayak is 2 seating heights, no drain holes under the seat which is good, as you don't get water splashing up, also creates extra storage under the seat, place to lay fishing rod down in the rod grooves, footwell is clear no molded area which is more comfortable. Storage areas are much more user friendly than having multiple hatches especially when on the water. Only thing we did find was that when using the centre hatch when it's unclipped its loose and isn't fixed to the kayak. - Carleen Chapman
