Purchased my nextgen10 during lockdown and it arrived within a week. Very happy with the service, although if I knew I would have purchased the nextgen11, sadly it was too late to return the kayak as it was more than 30days after purchased when I started second thinking. I bought 2 x gen 9 kayak with seats. Great product. We use mainly in inlets at royal national park. One of the seams on the seat we purchase was faulty. I took a photo and emailed kayak2fish. I received a reply with a day and they posted a replacement part within a week. Highly recommend the company. - Enrico C.
