Very clear communication and the kayak has been fantastic so far. The only problem was the actual paddles, as one of the latches broke right away. They sent me a replacement part and I have not figured out yet how to put it into place. - Loris

Cheapest by far, and quality product. Loving my NexGen 10 Mk II. Only issue is not being able to deploy the rudder, I’ve installed a pulley on the side rail and found it much easier. Loving the Bora Bora colour - Tracey Stephens

I have been searching for my first kayak in the last few months and end up of getting Nextgen 10 MKII which is very stable on the water, sold build and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend for the beginner and the anglers who want to fish on the water. - Mick

Ordering online was quick and easy however I found there was no customer service. On line chat was non existent, so I gave up there. I received one notification advising that delivery was pending and I would receive updates on when delivery would occur. Next communication was delivery driver calling me while standing at my front door and I was an hour away from home and not planning to return for a few days, causing me to have to inconvenience my neighbour to store kayak until I returned. I’ve read reviews saying customers have received emails of tips for use of products???? Will wait and see if any of that happens. I feel like they have my money now and I will hear no more from them. Hopefully it’s a good product (haven’t hit the water yet) I will be shopping elsewhere for any extras I decide I need. - Diane
