Purchased our Eagle double back at the beginning of December and it was delayed a couple of times so finally picked it up beginning of January. Very happy with my purchase of a Nextgen 10. MK 2. COVID caused issues with delivery times, which is not the fault of the seller, but I was offered a full refund if required. I declined and waited for the Kayak to arrive, and it has easily met expectations. On pickup the staff were friendly and able to help with suggestions for extra items I required, but did not push for extra sales. A pleasant experience and happily recommended. - paul m.
