You can either pick them up from our Newcastle Single & Tandem Kayaks Superstore or have them shipped to Big Yengo 2330 for an extra cost. Each kayak is manufactured under strict quality supervision. We also treat our kayaks with UV protectant to maintain the colours and strength for a long time. Our goal has always been to sell superior kayaks at most affordable prices. The kayak & accessories are perfect, and were carefully delivered with the courier calling before coming.The kayak was very stable. I ended up having to take both of my kids, with my friend & I on the maiden voyage. All of us loved it (my 3 year old didn't want to get out). From researching kayaks, purchasing, receiving and use of kayak.....wow wow wow. The website is so easy to navigate, easy to compare models and then ordering was simple. The Kayaks come with so many extras that it was impossible to find a better deal. I was kept up to date daily with where my order was at, an expected delivery date etc. kayak arrived on time, husband picked it up and I was soooo excited to come home and check it out. So excited in-fact that I didn’t even see our new Gen 9 on the garage floor and drove straight over it ( insert swearing/yelling/arms been thrown up in the air) then as we jacked up the car and removed kayak laughter began ... these kayaks are so tough even running them over won’t crack them ( I suggest you take my word for it hahaha ). Cannot wait to fully test out the ride over Easter long weekend. It’s smooth on water and as I said appears impossible to break. A great product for the price. Nextgen 11 purchased. Unfortunately a few minor issues with the kayak , but I must say the team was very quick to rectify & help. The after sales service & informational emails are great. A great product at a great price point. Would have been a 5 star review if there weren't a few issues that needed fixing ( nothing major) but overall great! I would like to add, a showroom would have been fantastic, to see touch & feel. But I understand you do what you do to bring costs down, so its a trade off. - Chris Topfer
