Purchased a double kayak and found the site and people at kayak2fish great. Nothing was too much of a problem. I was missing or lost a fishing bracket mount in transit and it was replaced without fuss. Being of the older bracket I bought the above kayak seat and found it great. Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside. - Tony Marsh
