I ordered a single kayak via eBay on a Monday afternoon- to be collected from the Brisbane Warehouse. I sent a message to arrange a suitable time to pick it up. I had a response early the next morning (not long after the start of business for the day) which included a quote to have it delivered (which was cheaper than driving a few hours from my home address to collect). With a phone call to Ben at the Brisbane Warehouse delivery was arranged in a matter of minutes and my Kayak arrived on my front doorstep the next day.
