I purchased the NextGen10 as my first kayak (after a heap of research) but found it had a leak on my first trip out. I found it had a manufacturing flaw (a leak around a screw hole) so I contacted Ben who organised a replacement for me straight away with no fuss. Ive taken the new one out a few times now and love it. Im very happy with my choice and very satisfied with the service I received. I would definitely buy another kayak from Kayaks2Fish. - Rob Dawson
