I purchased the NextGen10 as my first kayak (after a heap of research) but found it had a leak on my first trip out. I found it had a manufacturing flaw (a leak around a screw hole) so I contacted Ben who organised a replacement for me straight away with no fuss. Ive taken the new one out a few times now and love it. Im very happy with my choice and very satisfied with the service I received. I looked online for few days spoke to the centre a few times for lot of information. Everything was explained patientlyWhen I finally bought it the service was excellent and the even changed the color for me. They also helped me load the kayak. This is the first time weve owned a kayak. The kayak itself is fantastic and great to be used by my 8 yr old son and myself.I also got the trolley and cover both of which are good quality - Ravikiran Sonawane
